2.  What is the Robinsons The Heeren store opening hours?

Heeren's operating hours are: 10:30am – 10pm daily

5. What are the forms of payment available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express Payments.

Robinsons gift vouchers/gift cards are currently not available online.

Bank/third party vouchers for Robinsons are currently not available online.

 

6. Can I cancel or amend my order after payment has been made and confirmed?

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be unable to cancel or amend your order. Hence it is important for you to check your order before proceeding with payment.

 

7. When will my order be ready for collection once payment has been authorized?

Your order will be ready for collection 3 hrs after the payment has been authorized. Collection must be done within store operating hours.

You will receive a confirmation email with collection details once payment is successful. It is important that you check your inbox for this email correspondent.

 

8. How long will Robinsons hold my order?

Your orders will be stored with us for a maximum of 14 days from your payment date. Orders uncollected after the fourteenth day will be automatically refunded via your mode of payment.

 

9. Can I amend my requested collection date stated on my order?

Yes, you are allowed to amend the collection date. Kindly contact our Heeren store customer service to arrange.

 

10. What are the verification documents needed at point of collection?

You will need to show the Order Receipt attached to the Order Confirmation Email that we sent to your personal inbox and flash your physical Credit Card used for your corresponding online purchase upon collection. This is to ensure that the order was duly collected

 

11. Can I assign someone to collect on my behalf?

Yes you may. Likewise, the person will need to present the Order Receipt  and flash the physical Credit Card used for the online purchase upon collection. This is to ensure that the order was duly collected.

At the moment, we do not offer delivery service for our online orders.

17. Can I use my Robs $ / OCBC $ to offset my purchases online?

No, this mode of payment is currently not available.
