Exchange & Refunds Policy

ORDERS, REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY


Any requests for refund/exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Exchanged or refunded products must be in their original condition at the point of purchase with the original receipt presented to the store staff. ROBINSONS reserves the right to reject any requests for refund/exchange that does not fulfill our policies herein or for any other reason whatsoever.


ROBINSONS does not accept any requests for refund/exchange of discounted or promotional products.


ROBINSONS will, in general, accept requests for refund/exchange of a product should the product be defective as reasonably determined by ROBINSONS.


Several types of goods are ineligible for refund/exchange including perishable goods such as food, flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


ROBINSONS shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by customers during the process of returning/exchanging of the product.


Any refunds may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of ROBINSONS.


The acceptance by ROBINSONS of any request for refund/exchange shall not constitute nor be deemed to be an acknowledgment or acceptance by ROBINSONS of any breach, default or liability on the part of ROBINSONS in respect of such product being refunded/exchanged.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS, REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY:


GENERAL CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:


ROBINSONS does not accept any cancellation/amendments of orders once payment has been confirmed online therefore please check your items before proceeding to payment. ROBINSONS reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. ROBINSONS will inform you of such cancellation via email and a refund will be processed as an exceptional case*.


REFUND/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS:

ROBINSONS will hold the click & collect order product for a maximum of 14 days from the date of order, following which ROBINSONS may, in its sole discretion, deem your order cancelled and credit the refund without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.


ROBINSONS will accept requests for refund/exchanges of regular priced product within 7 days from the date of collection.


ALL requests for exchanges/refunds will have to be made/ processed in the store from which the item was collected. No requests for refunds/exchange will be processed online.


ALL requests for refunds will be refunded to a gift card with a validity of up till 2 years unless it ROBINSONS in its sole discretion deems that it qualifies as an exceptional case*.  In the case a request for exchange, should the relevant item be out of stock and customer is not agreeable to the other alternatives offered, ROBINSONS will proceed with refunds to a gift card in accordance with the procedure for requests for refunds.

COLLECTION OF YOUR CLICK & COLLECT ORDER:


At the point of collection, the customer must present the PDF Order Invoice as well as the credit card used for the order for verification purposes.


ROBINSONS reserves the right to withhold the refunds or the replacement item (as the case may be) if the customer does not provide the relevant documents for verification.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:


In the event that a product is unavailable after your order has been processed, we will inform you via email. Such refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.


*Exceptional cases: In the event where ROBINSONS stores is unable to fulfill the Click & Collect Orders (see contract creation & electronic contracting – listed below), such refunds will be credited without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.
